A great opportunity has become available for a skilled Administrator to join our dynamic Early Childhood Team.  This is a fixed term role for 1 year.

We are ideally looking for someone with several years' experience in a busy role and it is essential that you have the following skills...

- Outstanding customer service skills with a heart for children and families
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and cultures - internally and externally.
- Competent in using Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related functions. Must be computer savy to learn internal packages.
- Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently.
- You must take pride in your work, think smart, articulate well and happily go the extra mile.

New Zealand Residency is a prerequisite with a good command of the English language. 
This is a 40 hour per week/full time position.
