The best of this school is definitely the teachers. They are incredibly warm, approachable, and genuinely care about the children. They are very patient and inclusive, and always take the time to recognise each child’s strengths, which makes a big difference in building confidence. The school is also very well organised, with clear and professional processes in place. We especially appreciate the attention given to nutrition and food quality, which gives us great peace of mind. Overall, we feel very comfortable and reassured having our child here. It has been a wonderful experience for our family.

BEST KINDY ON THE SHORE! All the ladies have been so accommodating, so friendly and so welcoming. The kindy is clean and sanitary every time I have picked up and dropped off. I couldn’t ask for a better place for my baby to experience early childhood, a place that ensures safety, clear communication and so much fun (to the point where most days she wants to stay). We absolutely love everything at Kindercare oteha valley, everyone is so lovely, kind and fun, the food is excellent and the space inside and out is great and with plenty of games and activities for our little one to have awesome days with his friends We totally trust them with our son and he absolutely loves going there !!! They are an essential part of our extended family !

My son attended KinderCare Albany for a little over a year, until he turned 5. During his time there, he absolutely thrived, developing confidence, communication, and interpersonal skills. He loved going each day and always came home happy, having had a great day. The staff were incredibly supportive of both him and me as a solo dad. I truly could not have asked for more, and I really appreciated the guidance, care, and encouragement they gave us throughout his time there. I’m enormously grateful for the time, effort, and energy the whole team put in, especially Tina, Stephanie, Nikki, Chantelle, and Pam. Thank you all so much — we’ll be sure to visit from time to time.

This is a wonderful ECE with caring, trained teachers who really look after the children in their care. We absolutely love Kindercare. Our son’s confidence has grown so much, and his speech and skills have improved hugely since starting. The teachers encourage so many important areas of development, including motor skills, messy play, gardening, healthy eating, and toileting. They truly support each child’s individual interests — even making our son a digger because he loves them so much. We love receiving photos of his day and bringing home his paintings and drawings. The care extends to families too, with thoughtful touches and support that go above and beyond. We’re so grateful to be part of such a wonderful community and highly recommend Kindercare! ❤️

Our daughter Lia, attended Kindacare for nearly five years, and we have truly remarkable and unforgettable experiences filled with grateful memories. From daily drop-off to pick-up, we trusted Kindacare completely with our daughter’s safety, and that trust was never shaken. We always felt absolute confident and never had any uncertainty about the care and safety of our child. The wonderful blend of multicultural children and staff creates a welcoming, homely environment where every child feels included and comfortable. Kindacare offers spacious rooms, a large play area, and nutritious, healthy meals that children are encouraged to try and enjoy. All three of my boys have been through, or are currently at Kindercare Albany, and we honestly couldn’t love it more. The teachers are so kind, caring, and just genuinely lovely people who treat the kids like their own. There are even a few teachers there who taught me and my brothers (at a different Kindercare centre) when we were younger, so that’s saying something. Our eldest is now at school, and we’re so grateful for the awesome start he had thanks to his time here. The centre has always felt welcoming, relaxed, and full of warmth - such a great place for little ones to grow and learn. Best Learning centres ever, I have kids attended both Albany and another location due to moving house, the best choice made ever, lovely and caring teachers and environment, never regret.

Our Experience at Albany KinderCare Albany KinderCare has meant so much to our family. Both of my kids went there pre and post COVID, and it really became a second home for us. As an immigrant, it was such a comfort to find a daycare that felt like family — they helped guide us through the ups and downs of parenting in a new country. When my youngest became quite ill and had to be hospitalized often, the support we received from the centre was just incredible. Vanessa and Verity were always there with a listening ear, and their kindness made such a difference during a really tough time. The teachers were so patient and understanding, especially when it came to helping my child return to daycare between hospital visits and lockdowns. My kids always had at least one teacher they connected with really well, which gave them a sense of safety and belonging. Nikki, the centre manager, was always open to feedback and helped us understand how our children were growing and learning. She’s connected to the local community and primary schools, which made starting school feel a lot less scary for our little ones. Even now, when we drive past, the kids still wave at the centre — that says it all, really. They've made beautiful memories and friendships there. If you’re looking for a smaller centre filled with heart, where the teachers truly care and connect with your kids, I couldn’t recommend Albany KinderCare more.

We absolutely love Kindercare Albany — sometimes I even wish I could be a kid there myself, haha. The teachers are incredibly professional, especially in child psychology. They respond quickly and thoughtfully to children's emotions, helping them feel calm and safe. Their patience is amazing — my daughter used to refuse vegetables, but now she happily eats them and even encourages me to eat healthy too! The teachers are also super creative, using tools like straws, cotton swabs, bubbles, and ice to let kids explore through play. They read tons of books and spark curiosity with stories beyond the pages. This is a truly special place. If you’re looking for a great kindergarden, Kindercare Albany is the one.
