We couldn’t be happier with Kindercare and the care they provide for our daughter. From the moment she started, we have felt so welcomed to the kiwi room, supported and reassured knowing she is in such loving and capable hands. The teachers are absolutely incredible — they genuinely know and care about my girl, her personality, her little quirks and what makes her happy. It’s so special seeing the bond she has built with them and how excited she is to see them each day. We are so grateful for the nurturing, safe and fun environment they provide. The communication with families is fantastic, and we love hearing about all the little moments, activities and milestones she experiences while she is there. Leaving your child in someone else’s care is a big step, but the team at Kindercare have made the transition so much easier. Very happy with the team at Kindercare over the years, experienced from Kiwi room all the way to Kereku and off to school across our 2 girls, from 6 months old. The teachers and centre team absolutely fantastic. Great connection with kids and the families! Kids happy to meet their friends and the teachers and be in their adapted environment everyday. Lots of activities and development opportunities for the tamariki.

We had a wonderful experience at Greenhithe KinderCare. Moving from Bangladesh to a new country was a big change for our family, but the team welcomed us with so much kindness and care that we quickly felt at home. Aira attended for around three months and loved her time there. A special thank you to Prashanti, Ruby, and Sam for their patience, support, and genuine care. My daughter had an amazing time over here for a year. they helped transitioning from home to daycare so much easier!!! teachers from kiwi room and ruru room were super stars!! she had lot of fun, care and love from teachers!! thank you very much!!

My son has been attending this centre for the past 2 years and has improved so much. He loves this Kindercare and enjoys going everyday. They do a lot of fun activities. I have also seen him become more adventurous with the foods he eats and is very encouraging that he should try everything before deciding if he likes it or not which has made him a non picky eater. The staff is so lovely and accommodating, I am sad that my son is grown out of the centre and will be starting with school because we both will miss being here.

Kindercare Warkworth is such an amazing place. My little boy absolutely loves it here. He loves all the staff and teachers. He is learning and having the best time every day he is there. Everyone is so lovely, friendly and caring in the center. We appreciate everything they do for our family. We highly recommend this center to anyone who is looking for somewhere for their child to go, be safe, have fun, learn lots of new things, make friendships and be loved.

Choosing a daycare for your child is one of the biggest decisions you'll make as a parent, and when our youngest daughter started at Kindercare at just one year old, I was incredibly nervous. Our oldest hadn't started daycare until she was two, so sending such a little one felt daunting. We had originally enrolled her at another daycare closer to home, but she wasn't settling in, and something just didn't feel right. I trusted my mum instinct. After talking to a work colleague, whose son was already attending Kindercare and absolutely thriving, she immediately picked up the phone. Within 30 minutes, I was touring the centre. From the moment I walked in, I was beyond impressed. The centre was warm, welcoming, beautifully presented, and so well organised. Every staff member was kind and friendly, and you could genuinely feel how much they cared about the children. I left knowing this was the right place for our daughter and signed the enrolment paperwork that same day. She settled in so well, and the entire team made what could have been a stressful transition feel easy. They gave me complete peace of mind, knowing she was loved, cared for, and treated like one of their own. I can't thank the Kindercare Karori team enough for everything they've done for our family. Great center! The staff there do lots to keep the kids happy and their brains engaged. My child has food allergies, but Kindercare Jvill have done a great job of keeping them safe and nourished

We would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Kindercare Upper Hutt for the incredible care, support, and dedication they have shown to both of our children since 2019. Our recent experience has been wonderful. We've seen our son grow in confidence through his daily activities, and we're amazed by the engaging and nurturing learning environment. It has been so rewarding to watch him come home excited, recognising letters, and even trying to write them on the board. Seeing his enthusiasm for learning grow has been truly heartwarming. This is our second experience with Kindercare, as our elder child also attended the centre. Both of our children have been fortunate to be part of such a caring, supportive, and nurturing environment. Kindercare has genuinely felt like a second home for our family, giving us complete peace of mind as parents. The teachers have supported my child through milestones and tears, have helped build on her interests, and celebrated her as though she was one of their own. I have 3 children who all went to Kindercare Papatoetoe. My 2 daughters (15 and 13) and my 5 year old son who finished in April this year. All of them started out in the babies room right through to when they started school. The beautiful Centre Director Lauren and the ladies provide an exceptionally warm and friendly service. Any issues I had were quickly looked into and resolved. My son enjoyed his time at preschool. He has made some, hopefully, lifelong friends. 10/10

Our son, Ezra, started at Kindercare Papatoetoe in May, and we couldn’t be happier with how well he has settled in. The teachers have been incredibly caring, patient, and supportive throughout his transition. One of our biggest concerns was that Ezra wasn’t eating well away from home, but the teachers have gone above and beyond to encourage him during mealtimes. They gently support both feeding and his growing independence with self-feeding, and we’ve noticed such a positive difference. The best part of every day is pick-up time. He greets us with the biggest smile and warm hugs, then proudly takes us around the classroom to say goodbye to his friends and teachers. Seeing him leave happy, confident, and without the tearful, swollen eyes we feared is the greatest reassurance that he’s in a safe, nurturing, and loving environment. A huge thank you to the wonderful team at Kindercare Papatoetoe for making our son feel so welcomed and cared for.
