Safe, loved and learning

We have three kids at KinderCare now and have found the whole centre, teachers and support staff, incredible. Every room and every teacher, from the youngest babies through to our pre schooler, are nurtured and challenged consistently. The under 2 teachers are all such motherly figures that our children have absolutely adored, and the pre school teachers have the best activities through which our older kids have learned more than we could have ever done at home. Absolutely love this place for our whanau!

Highly recommend this Kindercare, the teachers in the Kiwi room are caring and patient, and the teachers in the Tui room are good at settling toddlers, teaching them self management skills. Monisha loves all the kids in the daycare. Everyday, I see a happy baby coming home from daycare, and that’s all I ask for.

We had a wonderful experience with Kindercare in Riccarton. The teachers and staff were very caring, friendly, and supportive. Dima was very happy there and learned so much during her time with them. We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Kindercare Tawa, where both of our children have had the privilege of attending. From the very beginning, we have felt so welcomed, supported, and reassured by the caring and dedicated teachers and staff. It has been incredibly special watching both of our children grow in confidence, independence, and happiness during their time here. The teachers genuinely care about each child and create such a warm, nurturing and positive environment where children feel safe, loved, and encouraged to learn and explore. We are so grateful for all the love, patience, guidance, and wonderful memories the team have given our children. Saying goodbye is definitely bittersweet, as Kindercare Tawa has become such a special part of our family’s journey. Thank you to the entire team for everything you do. Both of our boys have attended Tawa Kindercare, and we have felt nothing but love, care and support from the wonderful team. They have made such a special difference in both our boys lives, and in ours as a family. One of our boys had some challenges with behaviour and discipline, but the teachers always met him with patience, understanding and encouragement. They were proactive, always one step ahead, and genuinely cared about helping him grow and succeed. We are so happy with the nurturing environment, structure and curriculum, and have loved watching our boys learn, grow and flourish. We will always be incredibly grateful to Tawa Kindercare for the love and care they have given our boys. ❤️

Strongly recommend Kindercare Avonhead! Everyone is so warm and friendly, and you’re always greeted with a big smile when you walk through the door. The teachers also take the time to understand each child’s individual personality and needs, and provide thoughtful, targeted guidance and learning support. The communication with parents is excellent, and we always felt kept in the loop. There are also lots of wonderful cultural activities throughout the centre. My two little ones spent five very happy years here, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience.

We have had a really positive experience with Kindercare Mt Wellington. When we first visited the centre for a tour, our first impression was superb. Specially Monisha was very welcoming and explained everything to us in detail, which made the enrolment process easy and comfortable. The transition period was also very smooth. The teachers have been so welcoming, caring and supportive, and they made our son feel comfortable from the beginning. We really appreciate how well they have supported us throughout the enrolment and transition. We are very happy with our experience so far and would definitely recommend Kindercare Mt Wellington. 😊

Kindercare Warkworth has been incredible for my son.The teachers are caring, patient and see each child as an individual. He has grown so much in confidence and made good friends. What I love the most about Kindercare is how they have prepared my son for school. We are so sad to be leaving as he starts school next week but so grateful for the safe, loving environment you have given him. The reception team deserves a special mention. From the moment you walk in they are always so welcoming, and genuinely asking how's our day going and greet us by name every morning and afternoon. We will miss you all so much and will definitely be back in to visit. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend!

We have had such a wonderful year at this early learning centre, and we are incredibly grateful to the entire team. When Dylan first started, he couldn’t speak English. Over the past year, he has made amazing progress and can now confidently express himself in full English sentences. The teachers are caring, responsible and genuinely dedicated to helping every child learn and grow. When we first moved to Christchurch, we visited some early learning centres in the area before choosing this one. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we have made for Dylan. Having meals provided made things much easier for our family, and the Mandarin-speaking teachers were especially helpful in supporting Dylan while he settled into a new English-speaking environment. Dylan has made many wonderful friends here and has always been happy to attend. Thank you to all the teachers and the entire team for your patience, care and support. We will always remember the lovely year Dylan spent here and would highly recommend this centre to other families.

We have been completely blown away by the genuine warmth and flexibility shown to our family by the team at Kindercare Dannemora. Transitioning my two children from another branch earlier this year was a breeze, thanks to the welcoming, thoughtful and nurturing management and staff. My children moved into their respective age-group rooms seamlessly and settled in right away. The centre itself is fantastic—the indoor and outdoor learning spaces are vibrant, engaging, and consistently kept immaculate. I have enjoyed the events they run to foster parent-teacher relationships and celebration of festivals. I love that the teachers actively nurture positive social skills, manners, and confidence. A huge milestone for us was toilet training my newly turned two-year-old—what could have been stressful was a absolute walk in the park! The teachers supported him so beautifully that he’s been diaper-free at daycare for a full week and is even staying dry overnight! We are so grateful for the dedicated, professional, and welcoming team at Dannemora for making our tamariki feel so safe, loved, and supported every day. Thank you!

We love kindercare Dannemora. The teachers really care for my son . They really prioritize working with us to make sure aidens is happy and is engaged. Aiden never crys when we drop him of . He says bye and tells us to go . He enjoys being there and thats the only important thing.

My little one has been at Kindercare Dannemora since she was 5.5 months old. The teachers did an exceptional job helping a first time mum transition through that difficult initial period so easy and beautiful. Ever since then, we feel part of the family. Teachers are warm, knowledgeable and supportive. The admin and management team are always available to assist and my baby is growing into a healthy, confident and emotionally regulated child. Not to mention, they provide amazing, healthy vegetarian meals that helps my daughter get her 5 a day in! Definitely recommend!

After visiting 8 local daycares we settled on Kindercare Dannemora. My daughter has attended for the last year. Her language and overall learning has developed a huge amount over the year. The staff are all really friendly and welcoming. We love being part of this family.

Kindercare Dannemora is full of wonderful staff and a great learning environment for my children. The experience the children have along with us as parents is overwhelming. We have had children there since as young as 6 months all the way up until they start school. Highly recommended.
