Kia Ora,

If you’re thinking about childcare in Johnsonville, Broadmeadows, Ngauranga, Newlands and Khandallah, this is a personal invitation for you to visit Kindercare; my team and I would love to meet you and your child.

I’m thrilled to be leading such a fun-loving and joyful team of Teachers here. At our Johnsonville childcare centre, friendliness, laughter, smiles and cuddles are all just part of who we are and the mahi that we do. My team and I are excited to be able to share in the adventures that tamariki experience and thrive on daily.

You’ll find that our centre is a happy place for your child. It’s filled with fun, much aroha and learning. The bonus, is that we are conveniently located near a number of primary schools, along with the train station and bus stops for easy pick-ups, drop-offs, and for commuting parents.

My door is open to you, if you have any questions. Pop in some time, because I would love to show you our centre and introduce you to the caring, passionate team at our here. Come and experience the Kindercare difference!

Arohanui,
Sam Perry
Centre Director / Pou Kaitiaki

Why Choose Our Centre

Simply put, it’s because we offer outstanding early childhood care and learning. But here are a few other great reasons:

  • We desire to work in partnership with whānau, because we believe families who contribute actively to their child’s learning goals, will deeply enrich their preschool years.
  • We love celebrations! Throughout the year, we intentionally plan for and learn about celebrations that reflect the cultural diversity of our centre community.
  • Our operational hours allow us to provide flexible options to suit your family’s needs, with full-time and part-time care.
  • Kai is included. We provide high-quality plant-based whole-food meals for tamariki—all cooked on-site and prepared with love.
  • We offer a generous leave policy because we understand the unpredictability of children’s absences.

About Our Care

Childcare at our centre is designed to meet whānau aspirations and the needs of each child, with age-appropriate activities for infants, toddlers and preschoolers throughout their day.

Inspiring awe, encouraging curiosity and embracing a life-long love of learning is at the heart of what we do. And our commitment to developing each child’s full potential doesn’t end there. We embrace your child’s uniqueness, and we believe our multicultural centre gives whānau a heartfelt sense of belonging. We not only encourage you to be involved in your child’s learning and development, but also in our various festive celebrations throughout the year, including birthdays, Christmas, Easter, Chinese New Year, and Diwali.

This Johnsonville daycare centre has been a part of the community since 2012. And we understand that families have different childcare needs, so we would love to discuss them with you. This enables us to provide a tailored approach to your child’s care, learning and fees, to support their growth.

From our whānau to yours, we look forward to building a strong, caring relationship with your family and supporting your child on their incredible journey through these early years.
