Nau Mai,
At Kindercare Karori, we strongly believe in building meaningful partnerships with whānau. We strive to create a nurturing environment that feels like a second home – a place where children are supported through familiar routines, rituals and where your cultural values and beliefs are respected and woven into everyday learning. Our experienced and passionate kaiako are dedicated to early childhood education and share a strong commitment to keeping tamariki safe, loved and inspired to learn. Together, we foster a positive team culture grounded in care, collaboration, and genuine connection. Where we support the tamariki to learn through spontaneous play and foster their learning through their strengths, interests and passions. We understand that choosing the right early childhood setting is an important and sometimes challenging decision. I warmly invite you to visit our family-focused centre and experience our welcoming whānau atmosphere for yourself. When your child is with us, you can feel confident they will be cared for, valued and supported in their learning journey – growing at their own pace and in ways that reflect their individual strengths and interests.Arohanui,

About Our Care
Our centre is thoughtfully designed to meet whānau aspirations and the needs of each child, with age-appropriate activities for infants, toddlers and preschoolers throughout their day. Nestled amidst the serene surroundings of Ōtari Bush and Karori Sanctuary, this Karori childcare centre offers a “home away from home” experience. You’ll love the feeling of being part of a larger whānau at our centre—particularly with our homely atmosphere, loving rituals through the day, and commitment to building meaningful connections with each tamariki and adult in our centre.
Since 2013, we have been a part of the community, offering a fun-filled learning program that encourages innovative thinking, discovery, and curiosity. Conveniently located for families in Karori, The Glen, Northland, Wilton, Highbury and Kelburn, we invite you to join us and experience the Kindercare difference at our Karori daycare centre.
We understand that families have different childcare needs, and we would love to discuss them with you. This enables us to provide a tailored approach to your child’s care, learning and fees, to support their growth.
