  • Nau Mai,

Welcome to Kindercare Rangiora! Choosing the right early childhood education for your child is an important decision, and we warmly invite you to visit us and meet our team.
Our experienced and qualified kaiako are committed to keeping your child safe, loved, and learning. Tamariki are at the heart of everything we do, and we are passionate about nurturing curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.
Part of the Rangiora community since 2011, we value and celebrate cultural diversity and provide a fun, engaging learning environment where children feel a strong sense of belonging. Guided by our vision to serve with love, we create a supportive, caring space where every child is welcomed and supported to thrive.
We are conveniently located for families in Rangiora, Southbrook, Flaxton, Woodend, and Fernside and it would be our pleasure to support you in your childcare needs.
I would love to welcome you to our centre, spend some time exploring our inviting spaces, and see our values come to life.

    Arohanui,
    Avadene Broeren

  • About Our Care

The Kindercare Advantage comes to life at our centre through ou local curriculum priorities: relationships between tamariki, whānau and Kaiako, fostering and promoting social and emotional competency, and recognising and celebrating the strong cultural identity of each child.

Childcare at our centre is thoughtfully designed to meet the aspirations of whānau and cater to the unique needs of each child. For infants and children aged up to to 2 years, we emphasise responsive care by integrating Head, Heart & Hands, fostering mindful caregiving and teaching. Our Kaiako develop personal, affectionate relationships with tamariki, creating a nurturing environment.

As children grow and transition through our centre, our Rangiora preschool ensures a seamless pathway to school and kura. We offer age-appropriate activities for toddlers, and preschoolers,  with a strong focus on outdoor exploration, in line with our centre’s values. Our comprehensive curriculum supports social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through initiatives such as You Can Do It!, Smart Steps, Digital Technology Integration (for children over three), and environmental care.

In partnership with whānau, we provide a supportive environment where children can thrive. Through careful observation of each child’s learning and interests, we gain valuable insights that help us design purposeful environments. Our holistic approach considers the social, emotional, physical, and cultural needs of children, guiding them throughout their journey at Kindercare Rangiora to become life-long learners.

We value open communication and are keen to understand your family’s childcare needs, along with any important details about your whānau. Our team is well-equipped to provide individualised care for children with diverse needs, working closely with you as their parents. By understanding your family, we can offer a tailored approach to your child’s care, learning, and fees, to support their growth.
