Nau Mai,
At Kindercare Grey Lynn, we tell families that choosing a childcare centre is all about how it makes you feel. As a parent, you want to feel confident and comfortable leaving your child in our care. That’s why we make it our mission to create an environment that feels like home.
Our team is passionate about creating a safe and fun-filled space where children can play and imagine; building confidence, creativity, critical thinking, collaboration and communication, to set them up for success in their learning journey. Love and trust are at the heart of our mahi, and we take great pride in building strong relationships with each child and their whānau. Our centre is not just a place where your child will be cared for, but a community that you’ll feel a part of.
We invite you to come and visit Kindercare and meet our team. We know you’ll feel the warmth and love we bring to our mahi, and we’re confident that you’ll see why we’re the perfect place to develop your child’s full potential.

About Our Care
At Kindercare Grey Lynn, we provide age-appropriate activities for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers to stimulate their senses, nurture their curiosity, and prepare them for primary schooling. We work in partnership with parents to ensure that each child has the opportunity to develop their full potential, and we welcome and encourage parent participation in our centre community.
Our centre is committed to providing responsive and respectful care for each child. We invite parents to share their family news, give us feedback, and collaborate with us on their child’s individual learning plan and goals. Together, we can create a successful pathway to kura for your child.
Having been in the community since 1980, Kindercare Grey Lynn offers a fun-filled learning program, to fuel innovative thinking, discovery and curiosity, while ensuring we provide supportive and nurturing care for tamariki.
We understand that families have different childcare needs, and we would love to discuss them with you. This enables us to provide a tailored approach to your child’s care, learning and fees, to support their growth.
We look forward to supporting you and your child on their incredible journey with us through these early years. We are conveniently located for families in Eden Terrace, Newton, Kingsland, and Grey Lynn.
