We’ve had a wonderful experience with this kindergarten’s team on Lincoln road. The teachers are caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s development. They create a warm, safe, and engaging environment where kids feel comfortable exploring and learning. We are always kept informed about our child’s progress and daily activities. Our experience with Kindercare Lincoln Road has been truly exceptional. What makes this centre so special is how genuinely family-oriented it is. From day one, we felt welcomed, everyone knows your name and your children’s names, which creates such a strong sense of belonging. The environment is always extremely clean, organized, and hygienic, which gave us great peace of mind as parents. But what truly sets Kindercare apart is the care from the teachers. They treat the children with so much love, respect, and attention, not just caring for them, but teaching, guiding, and nurturing them as individuals. Sharon at reception is absolutely amazing. She is always so warm, patient, and incredibly efficient. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she always makes you feel supported. Our daughter Olivia had a beautiful experience. She always felt heard, respected, and loved. Her graduation was very emotional for us, and she still talks about special moments like the strawberry picking trip. Our son Arthur took a bit longer to adapt, as it was his first time away from me, but the teachers were incredibly supportive. The love, cuddles, and care he received made all the difference. He still talks about Lauren and Nini, which says everything about the impact they had on him. Kindercare gave us something invaluable: peace of mind. Knowing our children were safe, happy, and genuinely cared for allowed us to go through our daily life with confidence. We also really appreciated the food, healthy, balanced, and thoughtfully prepared, which aligned with our vegetarian lifestyle. We are incredibly grateful for everything and would highly recommend Kindercare to any family looking for a place where their children will be truly cared for and loved.

The teachers in Kindercare Lincoln Road are kind, patient, and cares about the children. The learning environment is safe, clean, and welcoming. We have been part of this daycare for over 10 years, and saying goodbye or even just reflecting on our time here brings so many emotions and memories. With two children having passed through these doors, we can honestly say the teachers and the centre manager are like family to us. They don’t just ‘watch’ the kids; they truly love and nurture them. Our oldest has been here for over 3 years and our youngest since the start of the year. Our oldest has absolutely thrived from the beginning and we are so happy with the progress and special connections hes made with his teachers Leanne, Noah, Emily and Shay. We are so thankful that our youngest has had a similar experience in his transition to daycare. Overall very grateful for the love and care provided for our children and the village they have been for our family.

Our son started with Kindercare at 9 months old, and we have only left now he is 3 as we have moved away from the area. We could not recommend this daycare enough! From the Kiwi room as a baby, to the Tui room as a toddler, the carers always went above and beyond to care for our boy, meet our needs and special requests. They all cared for him like family. We were so sad to have to leave and will always have a place in our hearts for our experience at Kindercare! Special shout out to Lauren, Emily, Nhi, Lisa, Frankie, Latai, Alishia, and of course Annie, Sharon and Floss. Our son Daniel started at Kindercare a couple of months ago after being at home with us and a nanny. From our very first visit, we were impressed with the welcoming staff and the wonderful setup. Daniel has settled in so well, he is happy, cared for, and truly loved, as if he is part of an extended family. The teachers go above and beyond, and we could not be more grateful. The ratios are excellent, and we have full confidence in the food, hygiene, safety, and overall care provided. We could not be happier and highly recommend this centre to any parents looking for a nurturing and professional daycare.

Our 2-year-old daughter attended this Kindergarten for nearly a year, and our experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly supportive, and the teachers were always attentive and caring. Our daughter loved being there and connected with everyone. The playground is spacious and filled with engaging activities that helped her develop motor skills and stay active. We only moved her to another Kindergarten due to logistical challenges with our work schedules. We’re truly grateful for the time our daughter spent here and highly recommend this Kindergarten to other families.

We absolutely love this daycare — both our son and our whole family are so happy with it! The teachers in the Kiwi room are amazing. They’ve given our one-year-old so much care, love, and support, and helped him settle in so quickly. Whenever I have thoughts or concerns, the teachers always provide professional advice. The front desk staff are also very responsible and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this daycare to my friends and other parents!

Our son has been attending this childcare for around 9 months, however we enrolled him with the intention of only staying for 6 months until we secured a place for him in a Kohanga Reo. Once the 6 months were up, we experienced one of the hardest decisions we had ever had to make for one of our children which was to take him out of Kindercare Lincoln road to attend a Kohanga, or to leave him in Kindercare. We eventually decided to leave Kindercare in order to progress with our plan we had originally created for him. We had also planned to be out of the country for a month after he finished Kindercare, until he started at Kohanga. We had a lovely farewell at Kindercare with all the staff, and celebrated his birthday at the same time. However once we returned to the country, things had fallen through at the Kohanga reo, and we were so happy to be calling Sharon at Kindercare to ask if we could re-enrol our son. Sharon was extremely helpful and very happy to have us back. The whole staff had missed our son immensely in the month we had been gone, and you could tell that as soon as he was back it was like he had never left. We have never been in a position where we have felt such an immense connection to our children’s childcare provider as we do now with Kindercare. Our son loves all of his teachers, we love all of the staff and are so thankful that we can trust these wonderful ladies day in and day out to care for our precious baby boy. Sharon is extremely helpful as your point of contact at the centre. I have never had experience with someone who is so quick to get back to you regarding any information or questions you may have. Thank you Sharon so much. I also want to acknowledge the overwhelming amount of love and adoration that radiates from the current Centre Manager Annie. You can tell from how she addresses every person big or small that she has an immense passion for childcare which is beautiful to see she has instilled in all of her staff. Thank you so much Kindercare for loving our little guy the way you do. Our next baby will be enrolled at Kindercare also. ❤️❤️

Our daughters attended Kindercare Lincoln Road for 2 years and had a wonderful experience. The teachers are incredibly patient and caring. The outdoor play area is fantastic, and the facilities are always clean and safe. The Kindy does a great job communicating with parents, providing regular updates, being responsive to any concerns and preparing my kids for school by focusing on social interaction and basic literacy skills. Incredible centre, kind, caring, empathetic and talented staff who go above and beyond for my kids. The centre is always extremely clean and has the best healthy food for the kids!!!

We chose Kindercare Lincoln Road after thoroughly researching other centres in the area. The centre has good ratios, long tenure of staff, lovely facilities, and decades of experienced hearts and minds on their teaching staff. You get the sense that they are always working hard to make sure each child is known and their needs met. On the odd day you can sense the teaching staff might be a little overwhelmed, but despite this it is clear they are positive and dedicated to the children at all times. My husband and I had a wonderful morning today because we are impressed by seeing this beautiful Mothers day decoration and morning tea prepared for parents at Kindercare Lincoln Road. Most importantly, I received my first Mother's Day gift from my little one as he painted during his daycare time, the most precious gift I have ever had, I am very touched and grateful! We see other parents and their children with lots of smiles on their face. We chatted a bit, everyone is so happy. We love the friendly and heartwarming atmosphere at Kindercare Lincoln Road. Just wanna say a big thank you to all staff at Kindercare Lincoln Road for making this wonderful experience and memory for my family! My daughter has been with Kindercare Lincoln Road since she was 11 months old. From the baby room, to toddler room, through to “big-girl pre-school”. Including the ups & downs of covid shutdowns, and small mixed classes for the kids of essential workers. I have always found the centre to be welcoming, well resourced with great outside play areas, and to have a caring and engaging atmosphere. Communication for the most part has been excellent, with some stories and photos of her day on their Educa system. When I have had any questions, concerns, & feedback, the centre director Annie has always been open, supportive and very hands on. Latai, Monica, Leanne, Gillian, Lauren, Noa, Emily, Janice, and Annie, have been there for us the whole time and have provided a consistent, stable, caring environment for my daughter to learn and play. Floss has also been great at creating nourishing meals, which are often a hard act to follow. Thank you all for making my daughter feel very safe, loved, and cared for! As we get ready to say goodbye (too soon!), to start the next chapter of our learning adventure at school, we wish Kindercare Lincoln Rd all the best. Thank you so much and we will miss you!

My daughter has been with Kindercare Lincoln for 3 years. From the baby room, to toddler room, through to preschool. The centre is welcoming, has a sense of family vibes, staff have had a great impact in my daughters learning journey. Communication for the most part has been excellent, when I have had any questions, concerns, feedback, the centre director Annie has always been open, supportive and very hands on. She shows she really cares about the interest of the children and their families, but also staff and it is evident in the centre environment and staff engagement. Latai, Jenny, Frankie, Harpreet, Leanne, Gillian, Tasha, Lisa, Brenda and Annie! Thank you all! For making my Jayda feel very safe, loved, and cared for! My whole family know everyones name I mentioned because Jayda speaks/has spoken of you so often, she tells our family what shes learnt, what she enjoyed, how much she “misses you or loves you” lol and how you are all her kindercare family!
