Keeping children safe is Kindercare’s response to the Children’s Act 2014, which requires all organisations, including education providers to develop a child protection policy and to ensure we carry out safe practices when employing staff.
Keeping children safe is now the overarching policy for Kindercare Learning Centres on child protection.
